Payment must be received in full prior to dispatch of goods.
The delivery address is that specified when completing the transaction. It is to this address we will dispatch the goods to, unless otherwise advised.
The delivery date (if any) specified by the University is an estimate. The University will endeavour to ensure delivery is within a reasonable timeframe.
If you wish to cancel your purchase you must notify the University in writing within 7 days of receipt of goods and you must return the goods immediately. Refunds will be made as soon as possible after the cancellation and receipt of returned goods.
Defects should be notified to the University within 14 days of receipt. The goods should be returned to the University and replacement goods will be provided where possible. If a replacement is not possible then a refund will be processed.
